A worker inspects CCTV drain footage on a monitor beside a Drain Wise van parked on a driveway, showcasing expert Drain Services Orpington.

When it comes to your drains, it’s very difficult to know if there is a problem until it’s too late.

When a drainage problem causes disruption, a quick understanding of the problem is needed to prevent financial loss or discomfort to yourself, your clients or tenants.

I understand this, which is why my drain inspections are carried out by me, using specialised drainage cameras to identify structural issues, part or complete collapses, root ingress, heavy scale, incorrect installation, blockages, dislocated joints, shared usage and much more, including the cause of leaks and emanating foul vapours.

I carry out CCTV drain surveys at properties to quickly establish and deal with the cause of a blockage or drainage defect.

Post survey, I will provide you with a professional Mina report, including colour captures, using the best and latest drain reporting software.

The final survey report can then be sent to you directly from the site via Email or WhatsApp, providing you with the most up-to-date information on the condition of your drains and recommendations for repairs if required.

Drain Wise carry out CCTV surveys to pipe sizes 22mm up to 1000mm in diameter.

Animal Infestation

Animals, and ratsin particular, are a significant problem in houses or business premises.

Scavenging for food and shelter are the primary reasons they may infest a property, and they often find entry via drainage pipes and other gaps and holes in the building you may not be aware of.

The first step on the way to finding a solution is investigating the situation by eye or with CCTV equipment, which is where I can be of assistance, to help understand both the scale and source of the problem.
